These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Prompt Match. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these terms under applicable law.

3. Service Description

Prompt Match is an image prompt game with multiple gameplay modes, scoring, and leaderboard features. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use automated scripts/bots to gain unfair advantage unless explicitly allowed.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to bypass account, payment, or gameplay limits.

5. Payments, Coins, and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Virtual coins are for in-service use only and have no real-world cash value.
• Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered to your account.
• Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation handling follow your checkout terms and Stripe flow.

6. Authentication and Security

• Google Sign-In may be used via Google OAuth.
• Local account passwords are stored using BCrypt hashing.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect service integrity and security.

7. Intellectual Property

The Prompt Match service, branding, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit service assets without permission.

8. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit where applicable, but you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service (for example, scoring, history, and support).

9. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify gameplay rules, balance, features, or pricing at any time.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, security risks, or abusive behavior. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
